Hey y’all! Here’s this week’s 5-Day Vegetarian Meal Plan. All the recipes are vegetarian and most have vegan options. Some of the items on the list may be hard to find at your regular grocery store – like rice paper wrappers for the Spring Rolls. I did however find rice paper wrappers at my local Walmart today though so you never know!
I am not a vegetarian/vegan but I LOVE eating that way and exploring different types of foods and the meals in this plans are some of my FAVES! Some because they taste amazing even though they may take extra effort, some because not only do they taste great but they are so easy (like homemade marinara sauce – who knew it could be so simple??)
