These Keto Meatballs will make your entire house smell amazing and the fact that the are made in your Instant Pot in 10 minutes is the cherry on top! Your hubby will think you’ve spent all day in the kitchen, when in fact you got to catch up on your latest Netflix binge… (shout out to The Good Wife, love you long time)
Here’s our recipes for the meal made in our instastory tonight! They were adapted to our families taste from a version I found on I Breathe I’m Hungry’s blog. You’re going to want to add this to your meal plan, STAT!

Keto Sauce Ingredients
- 28 oz can Crushed Tomatoes
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp salt (add more if necessary)
- 2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
Simple add all the ingredients into your Instant Pot and mix!
- 2 lbs ground pork
- 2 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- ¾ cup grated parmesan cheese
- ½ cup almond flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried onion flakes
- ¼ tsp dried oregano
- 1/3 cup warm water
- To cook the meatballs:
- 1 tsp olive oil
After adding sauce ingredients to your Instant Pot, combine meatball ingredients in a medium bowl and mix thoroughly by hand.
Form into meatballs using a large ice cream scoop, like the one from this set on Amazon.
Scoop raw meatballs into the sauce in your Instant Pot, leaving a little space between them. (they don’t need much)
Put your lid on and make sure the top valve is sealed.
Set the Instant Pot to “Manual” and cook time to 10 minutes.
Once the timer goes off (it will be longer than 10 minutes total because the IP has to build pressure) turn the top valve to vent and allow the steam to release.
Remove the lid and serve the meatballs with sauce over zoodles, shaved brussels sprouts or noodles. Whatever is your jam!
